In 1888, the legend of Jack the Ripper is carving a path of fear through the Whitechapel district of London, leaving behind mutilated bodies, impossible clues, and a police force pushed to its limits. Sherlock Holmes, the world’s greatest detective, takes the case to do what the law cannot; uncover the truth behind the monster. Alongside Dr. Watson and Inspector Abberline, Holmes enters a maze of bloodstained evidence, vanished suspects, and twisted minds.

However, as the Ripper’s body count reaches its limit, Yamraj issues a New “Order of Hell”. Narkrow, an immortal servant of hell, travels from India to the heart of London to hunt down world’s most infamous serial killer.

In this deadly game of shadows, everyone is a suspect and no one is safe. It is a race between justice and punishment, ending in a tragedy that no one, not even Holmes saw coming.

Act of Hell: The Hunt of the Ripper is one of the most unique Indian graphic novels I have read. The combination of Jack the Ripper, Sherlock Holmes, and Narkrow creates a gripping mystery that kept me hooked till the final page. The artwork and storytelling are excellent.

A brilliant blend of horror, suspense, and mythology. Narkrow is a fascinating character, and seeing him share the stage with Sherlock Holmes was an absolute treat. I can’t wait for the final issue.

The Whitechapel atmosphere feels authentic and immersive. Every chapter raises new questions and keeps the reader guessing. This is easily one of the most ambitious indie comics I have come across.
