Return and Replacement Policy
Any order or item can/will only be replaced in case of damage only and if the customer has made an unpacking video in which the said item is received damaged, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation the item will be replaced.
The damaged item needs to be sent to the designated address of the seller through India post and the freight has to be paid by the buyer/customer.
The fresh replacement item will be sent to the buyer/customer after they have produced the receipt of dispatch to the seller and the freight of the replacement will be paid by the seller.
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction with our services, customers have the liberty to cancel their orders in the stage of processing and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy

- Orders Status—Processing: Full Refund is Eligible.
- Orders Status—Shipped but not picked up from our warehouse: Full Refund is Eligible. (For this you may check tracking ID )
- Order Status—Shipped: Shipping charges will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.
- No Refund Policy once your product delivery is only a replacement.
